The likelihood of securing a job is through networking with family members, friends, existing/former colleagues and/or attending networking groups. Networking is the ability to communicate with individuals of various interests. The benefits of networking are the following:
  • Networking increases potential relationships
  • Enable a person to enhance their "1 minute pitch"
  • Networking increases additional resources
